It can take up to 48 hours for changes to sync around the world. However, you said it's been about a month? I would begin to look at your DNS settings. Do you have both designersyard.com and www.designersyard.com pointed to the same spot?

No, it would just take you to two different places depending on which one you went to. However, I just tried it and they both take me to the same site. The problem you are describing though is definitely a DNS problem, so I would have that thoroughly checked.

I just had a crazy mess with moving one of my clients to another host. Maybe the solution could help you too. I moved the side and email to another host, however, some emails were still being sent to the old host even though all of my DNS pointed to the new one. After two days of talking with my new host, I finally decided to check with my old host. The old host still had my DNS set up in their name servers which was causing some emails to be sent there. This would have gone on forever, had I not caught it because it is not a propagation or latency issue. Check with your old host to make sure that ALL of your information is cleared from their systems and name servers.
