just a simple acknowledgment from the site that I am rolling over an object that is going to do something if I click on it.
Some people might change the Background color (I'd say text if that wasn't part of the image) and give it an OnMouseover or a: hover attribute.

Yeah, cheers tommylogic - was thinking the Service buttons were a little boring. Will setup some form of hover state on them. Thanks.
