Default Downfall Studios.

I just redesigned my website, and i don't know do i like it. It's nice and simple yet at the same time I think it may be too simple. What do you guys think? Should i just redesign again?

Assuming you don't do this full time for a living and assuming you posted the site for feedback I'm going to be highly critical and I hope it helps and doesn't offend you in any way.

This says the site hasn't been tested in all browsers as some of it it missing. It doesn't seem it's set to a standard width as I have a Hor scroll bar that scrolls into white space I would bring it in to maybe 970px wide to suit most.

You offer your services as 'search engine friendly' your's is most definately not, there are no alt tags, H tags of even any kind of remote hierarchy to the layout at all.

There are also a few usability measures that are very basic that have bee overlooked. Firstly it's a good idea to make your logo image a link to the home page, it's in a nice position at the top right and many people look to this as a home link.

As far as the design goes, I love the colours and type style, the compression on the logo is way too high, it's not a bad logo so there's no need to have it so low quality it should really be the main focus as your identity.

A site that simple should really be made using valid css coding, place an external css file in the site folder and reference it from the head of the document and try a grid layout using css.

Code:
    <td height="287" valign="top"><blockquote>
      <p align="left">&nbsp;<a href="home.html" target="main" onmouseover="MM_swapImage('Image16','','images/design_05.jpg',1)" onmouseout="MM_swapImgRestore()"><img src="http://www.estetica-design-forum.com/images/3_05.jpg" name="Image16" width="35" height="12" border="0" id="Image16" /></a><br />
          &nbsp;<a href="Aboutus.html" target="main" onmouseover="MM_swapImage('Image15','','images/design_08.jpg',1)" onmouseout="MM_swapImgRestore()"><img src="http://www.estetica-design-forum.com/images/3_08.jpg" name="Image15" width="60" height="13" border="0" id="Image15" /></a><br />
          &nbsp;<img src="http://www.estetica-design-forum.com/images/3_11.jpg" width="66" height="12" /><br />
          &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href="templates/templates.html" target="main" onmouseover="MM_swapImage('Image18','','images/design_15.jpg',1)" onmouseout="MM_swapImgRestore()"><img src="http://www.estetica-design-forum.com/images/3_15.jpg" name="Image18" width="80" height="12" border="0" id="Image18" /></a><br />

        &nbsp;<a href="http://www.freewebs.com/downfall-art/resume.pdf" target="_blank" onmouseover="MM_swapImage('Image25','','images/resume2.jpg',1)" onmouseout="MM_swapImgRestore()"><img src="http://www.estetica-design-forum.com/images/reume.jpg" name="Image25" width="50" height="12" border="0" id="Image25" /></a><br />

        <br />
        <br />
      </p>
    </blockquote>      </td>
Just for a simple side navigation is bordering on the insane when...

Code:
<div id="menucase">
	<ul class="vert-one">
		<li><a href="http://www.13styles.com/css-menus/vert-one/" title="CSS Menus">Home</a></li>
		<li><a href="http://www.13styles.com/css-menus/vert-one/" title="CSS Menus">Articles</a></li>
		<li><a href="http://www.13styles.com/css-menus/vert-one/" title="CSS Menus" class="current">Topics</a></li>
		<li><a href="http://www.13styles.com/css-menus/vert-one/" title="CSS Menus">Forum</a></li>
		<li><a href="http://www.13styles.com/css-menus/vert-one/" title="CSS Menus">Blog</a></li>
		<li><a href="http://www.13styles.com/css-menus/vert-one/" title="CSS Menus">Subscribe</a></li>
		<li><a href="http://www.13styles.com/css-menus/vert-one/" title="CSS Menus">Contact Us</a></li>
	</ul>
</div>
Will create a nicer menu like this with only half the code.

And I'm hoping you've got hosting because free web banners of a site is a big no.

Regards

Lol

It's very off grid I would stick to straight down blocks so the eyes read straight down

I think Kelly means the layout of the page visually - its amazing how much more professional these things look when most, if not all, elements align with something else on the page.

I'd also say your text "A major factor..." is a bit too long in terms of line length. Anything over 10-12 words long becomes a chore for the eyes - esp. on a monitor
