Default New Year, New Design. Penny for your thoughts!

Well it a new year and I thought I would do a re-design, out with the old and in with the new and all that!

It's still in 'beta' stage so there mite be a couple things a miss.

Any comments on what you think would be greatly appriciated.

ps Just want to say a big thankyou to anyone who left comments on my first design, you helped me mould it and I got in one of my favorite mags .NET.

anyway here's the link http://www.griffinwebdesign.co.uk/

I like...

The Logo
The Colours
The Clear Layout
The Typography

I Don't Like...

The Clickable Flash that just returns to the index page
Also the Flash Images just seem pretty random you could just get away with using the first image static.
Would have liked to have seen rounded edges, seems a little jagged all over.

Nice One

i agree with toon.
i perfer not to use JavaScript ever, if the user can turn it off then your design is broken and that's never good. but you like it then that's what matters, eh?

my main concern is that your selected and rollover navigation text gets pixelated and "fuzzy". might want to look at that.
it also seems to me that your right border on the JavaScript thing is one or two pixels out of alignment on that right side. could be an optical illusion too though.
