Yo,

A little more contrast wouldn't go amiss, it's very light. Also there's a lot of vertical space in between the buttons themselves and the main window, it has the effect of making the site look even paler than it already is.

Another major point is I'd save your css as an external style sheet and then reference it on each page, that way when you want to update it's update site wide instead of you having to make the changes on every page. Imaging if your site grows and you've got 60 pages, updating the one style sheet will change the site in seconds, doing each page could take you hours.
It's learning and implementing things like this early on in the build that'll have you thanking your lucky stars you did later on.

I don't like how everything is in the middle. Maybe you could separate everything up a little to make it look a little neater.
