Default Feedback For An Old Website

Hello again everyone,

I have a website, a client website, that has been online for nearly a year now. It's the third version of essentially the same design, although it has undergone some heavy cosmetic changes over its entire life-span.

Anyway, I thought I'd post it here as there are some very talented people around, and I would love to get some feedback and thoughts on it.

You can see it by going here.

Thank you in advance!

The design is ok I don't like the way the content 'shuffles' when you choose another section

On the nav dropdown's css put:
Code:
cursor:pointer;
That way it will actually look like a link.

Regarding the validation you've done here, it appears to be giving me the same validation failure for essentially the same elements a lot of the time, but I can't decipher what the problem is.

For example, the first validation failure that is listed is:

Quote:
Line 74, Column 293: end tag for "a" omitted, but OMITTAG NO was specified.
…magery)/Global(Image0007).png" /></td>

You may have neglected to close an element, or perhaps you meant to "self-close" an element, that is, ending it with "/>" instead of ">".

Line 74, Column 5: start tag was here.
<td><a class="GlobalNavigationLink0001" href="#" onclick="return NavigationSyst
What does that mean?

It's pretty simple, you never closed your 'a' tag.
Elements are tags. Any tag you open needs to be closed e.g.
HTML Code:
<a>is closed with</a>
or self-closed e.g.
HTML Code:
<br/>
<img src="whatever.jpg"/>

Thank you for your help with that, I've just corrected it all, and now it is validating correctly.

Does anyone have some design suggestions?

I am soon going to be doing a 'face-lift' for the website, so if anyone has any suggestions, they would be appreciated.

Make the main container either fluid or at least 950px wide
