New website

i've been a bit quiet on here recently... mainly because i've been beavering away at my company's (we're architects, and i work as the graphic design manager) new website, which was launched earlier this week:

Wow, it's a black site and I actually like. It's clear I can read it fine and the menu's pretty impressive. Nice work.

This is gonna seem like I'm picking holes is what is a really good site. But I noticed none of the pictures have alt text. Is this something that is still to do or did you miss it??

Nice choice of colours... loving the colour scheme... wish the menu wasnt in flash i must admit... but other than that a big thumbs up... apart from... the main header seems to be the only things that doesnt resize (apart from the flash menu) is this part of the flash too... or just an oversight?
