I like it the portfolio drop down is excellent I'd change the logo though it's too 'web 2.0 make your own logo'.

I've got to agree with toon here, i'd drop the web 2.0 look and the beta flash. nice blue though.

maybe go back to the blob shape you had before (in portfolio) the same colour as the background on your page?

That is different way of making a portfolio. I quite like it though I'd prefer them to all open up in new windows.
