I just finished up another simple website. It's actually more of a blog. I also designed the logo. I'm not sure if it's approved yet, so let me know what you think.

The use of white text boxes on a very dark surrounding makes my eyes pop out of their sockets. I wouldn't spend a minute on that site, unless it'd have some very intresting content. Maybe you could dampen down the contrast a bit?
The alignemt of the texts and headers are a bit weird also for my taste, makes the site look messy and unclear.

Top header box is intresting and different from the mainstream :)

I kind of feel disoriented after looking at that layout.
