it may be just me mate, not a fan of all the shiny you know

Well it's not bad! I think though that you ought to bring the main content and subnav into keeping with the rest. The header etc is nice and shiny, but the content is flat and dull in comparison.

I know what ian means sometimes there's so many grads and shadows the main text (which is the important part) doesn't stand out enough

Yea I see what you mean everyone, I'm playing on adding alot more to the content. The shiny will carry one throughout the rest of the content. Basically I just through up some quick info. But I agree with the shinny taking away from the content. I'll work on that.
