I thought the site lacked a footer, so I just made one....

Someone in Denmark feels it doesn´t signal a designers page...

What are your oppinion on that?

Allowing for certain degree of personal bias. I think the photograph of tailors dummy is all wrong. It should be used in a downstream page if at all. The photgraph on the landing page should be an elegant photograph of an elegant girl/woman showcasing the designers trademark clothing designs.

I am not a big fan of design with tables. Before you get too deep in the learning process, I would recommend getting away from tables and HTML 4.01. I think you will be much happier with the results and consistancy of your designs if you learned how to style with CSS and code in XHTML.
