Had a quick glance over it, all looks pretty good to me, only thing missing is the meta keywords and description.

One small visual thing is the scrolling logos, first do they need to scroll at all and if they do could they be slowed down a little, they blur a touch at that speed.

(and Welcome aboard)

Everything else seems to be nice and clear, you can expand the text without any overlap, all looks pretty good. Welcome

Thanks (to both) for the feedback... I can definitely fix up the scrolling logos.

Since I'm fairly new to CSS I wanted to make sure I didn't add to many unnecessary divs, etc.

An additional note: this is a rather large site I am transferring from ColdFusion to HTML. Any recommendations on creating "library" elements, so that if there is a change to the navbar or sidebar for example, I won't have to go back in and edit all of the pages? I know it's fairly simple to do when I work with various CMS applications, but I am curious any advice since this will be built from scratch.

The only thing I noticed is the...

Employment Opportunities

Button, when you enlarge the text it disapears onto the second like the buttons could do with expanding as the other divs do to keep it on one line
