    my javascript website

hi, i've been working on a website to promote my JavaScripts, the address is http://aesthetic-design.co.uk/
as you can see it's currently a re-direct to another page, sorry about this, its through necessity rather than choice, if it doesn't work for you the the actual address is http://aesthetic-design.co.uk/fader.html
well, i was wondering what you think of it, do you think it looks nice? is it effective in grabbing your attention?
    thanks a lot,
    Solidgold

solidgold you're making alot of interesting stuff and I can tell you know what you're doing. I hope you don't take this in the wrong way but I love looking at the little things you put together because I'm not much of a coder/programmer type so it's nice to see what people can do.
But again no offence meant. Are you working towards something or are they just experiments to see what you can achieve? Seriously I'm not being funny I mean in seriousness is there a type of site you're aiming for? Would you like to expand these little programmes into something you could sell online?
I'm seriously interested because I do like looking at what you do and the funny thing was one of our members the other day was looking for a type of effect that you were showcasing so it's maybe a good idea and a good place to show what you can achieve.

toon - in all honesty, i just like to see what i can achieve and continue to develop my skills until i feel that i'm good enough to make anything people would want to pay for, also i do it because i find it fun! that people might find things i've made useful is just an added bonus.

amritac - urm, i guess i might include some images in the site soon, but at the minute its purely to hold my work and to showcase it, without drawing too much attention to the site itself, yeah theres no consistency to the site as of yet, but i'm working on it! I've had quite a major set-back with my web design as my PC just clapped out on me and im working on a laptop

thanks for the comments guys, i'm going to continue work on the site and re-post it soon

Umm.....I think you should repost when the site is done. You seem to know what you are doing, but the site dosent show it yet.

Id loved to see the finished project though!

    Good luck.

    thanks for the comments guys,
i've had a bit of an idea; so as to allow for there being loads of content in the future i've come up with an idea for sliding panels app where the content can sort of scroll sideways when you click a link, it's going to be quite a challenge but i've come up with quite a simple strategy for it, the only hard part will be integrating it with what i've already developed as my current design studio is a laptop with paint.net and notepad! i plan on simply having the previous content boxes hidden until the user clicks a link and the whole page scrolls to the side, creating the illusion of the boxes moving, but in reality they never actually do.
do you think this is a good plan? thanks again,
    Solidgold
