LOVE the margin on the left. the gradient on the right isn't necessary i dont think.
Otherwise i'm loving the minimalism! totally my style.

The hover effect on the links makes them hard to read.

It is nice, agree with Cecilie perhaps change the hover effect. Some people might not know to click on the enlarge image to minimize it again, maybe put a x or close in one of the corners?
