I would say the text hierarchy could do with some work so people can see the main points without having to read it all, take a look at Project management, collaboration, and task software: Basecamp to see how there's can be scan read a lot better
Check the forum often for the latest design announcements. Everything from graphic design and web design, to films and music. Estetica is a great place for people to get together and help each other out.
