What would you change?

Greetings everybody!
I helped develop some e-commerce tools in this site and I would like to know what you think about the graphic design http://usa.mytino.com/providers/index.php , what would you do to it?

Design Looks ok to me. The moving 'hot'' icons are really annoying though, a static 'hot' icon would be ok instead. The tagline at the top should be in a different font and smaller, it stands out more than the logo at the moment

The design is ok, but it is a bit annonumes.
At first glans i is hard to get an overlook of the frontpage.
Maby a top text an som detajls woud help.
But the overall layout is fine.

Thank you for your advise. Do you think the moving" hot" annoying? I want to make it distinctness so I make it moving. I agree with you about the font of the tagline, but if it becomes smaller, will the visitors ignore it? The words in the top can show what the site do, if it is smaller, people will not be clear about the site when they first visit this site. What do you think?

It is useful, thank you! But what is the meaning of the word"annonumes"?

Sorry I mentAnonymous. Mening that the page dosent have a strog brand design. Whitch coud give the visitor an impresion of an unserios page.

Well, it is a great design. I think the option tips in the top should change the color to make it clear. Moreover I really like the graphic design in the page, like this guy's design darksol | myTino - The World's Leading Online Outsourcing Network , it's really exceptional.
