mmm generally i like the design, its clean. The logo may be a bit busy, and I'd consider making it into less colours possibly. The problem is with the logo, then the tag lines and then the navigation, they all merge into one a bit. - but didn't before the logo banner had loaded.

I'd suggest shrinking the blue copy and tag line closer to the logo.
or dropping the tag line (which also has a spelling error 'be firts?' do you mean 'first'?) or creating a more obvious division between them.

I'd suggest making your portfolio more navi friendly. So users can look at certain work at their speed.

The 'what we do' is cool, getting away from what could be a huge list of things.

Wait for toon and some of the flash people to come past and tell you about the CSS/Web stuff.

I really like it, I like the layout it's got a good mix of colours without being too over the top. There's a few spellling errors etc. But if they're ironed out I think it's a great start.

At the top 'world class' the L needs to be lower case. Be firts needs to be first.
