Where to start. It breaks most rules in web SEO. Frames should really be avoided. It displays off centre and looks quite lost on large screens. The biggest factor is it uses too many images and barely any text. The main reason to have a business website is for people looking for your services not only find you in a business directory book but now also on the web.

Have look at this silktide test. Don't take it too seriously it's not 100% accurate but it will give you clues as to why the website won't work in search engines.

yeah i got it badly offcentre too and it just made it appear weird. The image issue will also mean reading software won't be able to read your site.

A bit too much white space around the main content, think about a colour or a patterned background to make it stand out

If you want images instead of text, do it using css and text-indent/background images. Also, ditch the frames and follow what's been said already.
