Do you think maybe it's one of those things that you notice maybe only because of your profession.. maybe the layman wouldn't see that big of a difference?

I nitpick all sorts of things, in this business (especially my own works), but also in just about any industry I have ever worked in. I mean, I know mechanics that hear a car go by who's ignition timing is slightly out of sync.. they just cringe, but to me, I don't even take notice.
