Default Can someone identify this font

Hi. I'm actually pretty sure it's not a font but one that's been played around with. But if anyone can get what it's been based on that would be great. The closest I've come to is Eurostile, and that's not close.

I swear thats Eurostile. just look at the 'g' and a's

the a's look weird because its supposed to shrink when it meets the ends after it went around, but he/she made it the same thickness which made it look awkward
