I know that serifs tend to work best for body text, but I'm curious, what sans-serifs work best for body text?

Fututra, Geometric, Agenda, Calibri, Felcourt Sans, Formata. Just remember a little bit of letter spacing can do wonders for a sans fonts

I would strongly suggest Myriad Pro and Corbel . They are excellent fonts when bolded and provide a really professional look.. even better if you work them in caps
