man u played them off the pitch for the second half, but then heinze, ronaldo and O'Shea just kept giving the ball away! I think the ref was dire, and how could they only give 3 mins injury time (after all of that rolling around by many Milan players in the second half) and then blow up early!!

not sure about man u playing them off the park, Milan eased off so obviously Man U had more of the ball but they were pants all game...

How Fletcher is playing in a champioins league semi final is beyond me. I honestly believe he wouldn't make it into wednesday's starting XI if we have evryone fit

They to deserved to get slaughtered, bottle it, Milan are class, way too experienced at that level, back to the drawing boards for Fergie. Should have signed Gatusso when he had the chance, Carricks learning but he's no Viera/Ince/Keane/Gatusso. etc.

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson launched a scathing attack on the Premier League after their Champions League exit.

Ferguson's side exited Europe after a 3-0 semi-final loss at AC Milan on Wednesday, going out 5-3 on aggregate.

"Leagues in other countries would help their clubs no end so they can prepare properly for European nights, so there is a problem there," he said.

"We've not had much help from the Premier League."

United face Manchester City on Saturday after failing to get the derby game put back 24 hours.
