    Padding text boxes in Indesign

I can't seem to figure out how to pad my text boxes in Indesign. I also can't seem to find a tutorial on it either. Im sure its something very simple but could someone please tell me how I can do this?

Text Box Padding (Text Inset in ID)

Here is how to do it.

    1. Select the text frame that you want to create the padding or the proper term which is text inset. Padding is more of a table in html term.

    2. Control click (Mac) or right click with your mouse to bring up the contextual menu and select text frame options from the list.

    3. A dialogue box appears giving you the options for columns, text inset and text alignment, select the preview box in the lower left to see what you changes will look like before hitting the enter key.

    Hope this helps,
