Just installed ggogle webmaster aswell...google hasn't crawled my website since Dec, 25 2007...wtf...how can i tell google to look at my site, like.... now! :)

Goto Google Webmaster Tools
--> manage sites--> Sitemaps--> Add Sitemap Enter the destination to your XML sitemap that you saved from XML-Sitemaps { you should have named it something like "sitemap.xml" and saved it to your server as http://your-site-location/sitemap.xml } After you give Google your new sitemap, they usually crawl it within 24hrs. Indexing is another thing though, that can take a while. That depends on the links you have and the frequency in which you update your site contents.

Just added it bro...thanks for that sitemap generator link... great resource...
says itll take time for google to run through the file, so im going to see what happens!

- wat else can i tell google to do/not do with this file...

You can only really allow and disallow robots, not much else
