I'm guessing that one of your target keywords is "outsourcing"

'outsourcing' is perhaps over used - it might be what you do but having it in the name and all over the site is a little heavy - the front page is a little too text heavy that it will turn visitors off.

There is no such thing as bad quality visitors. If your site is getting tons of traffic and not converting then

a) You really need to look at your sales funnel. (If you don't what they are then...)
b) You are KW targetting the wrong searchers.

A quick glance at the site shows a muddled attempt at KW stuffing with no indication as to what you want me (the customer) to do. I need to be able to see what you do and what you want me to do IN 3 SECONDS. Else I'm gone.

Start with the end of your sales process and build a page for that. Then work out how to push a visitor through, build that.

Then work out how you will be found on search engines and build that.

Join those three pages together in a logical order. Chuck out everything left over.

Sorry to seem harsh but I'm in a grumpy mood this week. Yes, there are loads of other analytical, navigational and otheral things that could be done. But just get the basics of selling first.

I've clicked through to your site before actually, and i'd just like to make an observation if i may? I think there is far far too much text on your website. I really cannot imagine someone wanting to spend all that time required to read all that stuff... That would put me off right away if I was a customer.

It needs to be clearer and more concise what you're offering, as CVW says, people don't have to (and probably won't) hang around.

Oh you want more sales? Worry about properly marketing your site, get the right strategies to promote your site on high traffic and targeted websites, and you will most probably have more unique visitors later on.

"If you build it, they will come" ...remembered that from a movie once.

Your sites home page looks to be optimized for the term "outsourcing" a term that receives an enormous amount of search traffic. You may well be getting traffic for a myriad of outsourcing activities. You need to narrow the focus to generate less, but more qualified traffic. I'll leave the design aspects to the designers here, but I will say that the 3 second rule is a good one for conversion.
