i rea somewhere that your keyword percentage IF your including alt and title tags shuld be around 12%

if your doing it off just straight body text, it should be 5%

ppl agree?

I'm finding I get the best results from Title & tags with relevant

text... or at least it appears to be that way.

titles are the most important yeah, and backlinking ofcourse. Google was built on that :)

I have seen site content make differences, 5% is a good target if you want to bother but as Toon says there are more important things to consider.
