Well, I'm trying to learn, that's why I was looking for some sort of tutorial. I can build it with HTML, and I can manipulate and alter PHP content. I just can't write it from scratch.

That's exactly what I'm doing now. Good call. LOL. They do exist, it's just finding one that is fully configurable so that you can add in your own logo, content etc.
