Links Page in PHP

Hi all,

A friend would like a links page on his site. I'm sure their must be simple script that enables him to go to an interface page, input the title, src and description and which sends it off to a MySql table to be called back on a links page.

Trouble is, I don't know what to search for. All my searches throw up the wrong stuff. Does anyone know of a demo of this kind of script or at least what it is called?
