SQL Database for Food Guide

I am looking for a bit of guidance from anybody out there that may be able to help.

Basically I am producing a food guide for Portsmouth as my final year project at University.

Now I am not the best programmer by any means, I know HTML, CSS and some php - enough to get by. I am looking to do something like this:

but on a much smaller scale. So I will have a maximum of 50 restaurants I will put into the database which people will then be able to search for based on their criteria.

Now I also want to enable user reviews and ratings if possible - again as I have no knowledge in this area I am not sure how hard this would be?

Lastely, as I am making a print version in indesign, someone mentioned to me I can just copy across all the data from the database into an indesign template to save me typing it all out again and updating information in two place, is this correct?
