The Embed Blog

I am currently developing an open source blog program called The Embed Blog, which can be added to an existing web page. It would be amazing if you could try the blog and let me know what you think about the development so far.

The blog program requires a PHP server with MYSQL database, but if you don't have access to a server you could view the locations that I've already installed the blog.

But wouldn't it be more useful if:
1. It used AJAX
2. Or It opened the blog in a new window

Because you can't navigate the original page as you get taken to the other page so it defeats the purpose? Or maybe I am missing the point. Just some ideas!

Welcome uniqueasitis and thank you for the feedback.

I understand the point you made about being taken to other pages kind of defeats the purpose. However, the original reason for developing The Embed Blog was purely for aesthetics. A friend of mine wanted a blog that could fit inside one of his web pages, so I developed a blog that could just be dropped into anywhere and would take up 100% of the space provided to it.

I will certainly consider using AJAX for future releases of The Embed Blog.
