Is it a marquee?
Hi there, I'm trying to find a way to have multiple messages displayed in a sidebar box, that either scroll, or simply change from one message to the other, but when you hover over a certain message it stays still.
Can any of you point me in the right direction?

I used a similar thing here....
Graphic Design Links Although it doesn't pause on mouse over you may be able to find a widget that does
