Default Rss?

I'm probably not calling it by the right name, or something, but what I need for a clients site seems simple and I cannot figure it out.

I need to create a way for news feeds from other sources to automatically load onto my clients page and refresh every day.

I've seen it on other websites, but I can't figure out how to do it. Any help out there?

I've used the spring widget rss before it's really good as you can customize it to any size

I'm leaning towards that one too, it would flow very nicely with his site. Now I just need to figure out where to get the feed from. :\

No, the client doesn't have an RSS, he wants news headlines (and content) to be uploaded to his page daily. Like yahoo news or something similar, but related to his site content. Does that make sense?
