noise is building up, when there is to little light and the camera's chip needs to calculate light into it. the only possibilitiy is to shot with low iso values and enough lighting. consider buying an external flash. generally, depending on the type of camera you have you should never shoot in values above iso 1600. the better your camera, the higher you can go, but best practice is to stay under.
you even should consider using flash in daylight.
