Here's one. I'm obsessed with ski/snowboard at the moment but I'm trying to get fast action shots right. This one is a little more sedate. Just search for parkylondon on Flickr.

Im into my action shots too - you may want to try having a tighter crop and a shutter speed of around 100th of a second....then pan with the nowoarder/skiier etc. Thats assuming u have an slr....
