What photo organizer/editor do people use? - Graphic Design Forum and Web Design Forum

What do you photographers out there use?

I have been using Lightroom from Adobe, but its completed messed my photos up in explorer now and I cant be arsd with it anymore.

Are there any other good ones out there that I should look into?

lightroom is a bit PRO isn't it? what exactly are you wanting to do? import your photos, edit them and export to a website gallery and flash?

organize my photos and select ones I like for editing etc. Lightrooms editing is amazing, but the library is shocking.

Blue Marine is a similar thing to Lightroom, maybe you could try that, on a more basic level i use JetPhoto Studio

Personally i just organise my own photos by date in explorer manually and just use lightroom for editing.
I can't be bothered with metatagging things.
