Photo Doctoring Help - Help greatly appreciated - Graphic Design Forum and Web Design Forum

My girlfriend was at work today when the two actors who play the weasley twins in harry potter showed up. My gf was very excited and got a picture with them on her camera. i've tried to mess with it a bit but i really dont know anything about photo-doctoring. Is there anything anyone can do to clean it up a bit?
I would greatly appreciate this, and the sooner the better. I would love to surprise her with it and all of this communities mad skills.

It's a wee bit out of focus, I honestly don't think that you can make it better. I really don't want to offend!
