I love it! I like the fact the blur around the edges make the centre seem sharper.

Plus I love that kind of colouring

I like the effect, can't help feeling the image is missing something...

not sure what exactly though

I like it a lot !! In fact I think that feeling that something is missing is exactly what the point is... some sort of intrigue, mystique, emptiness, etc. I think it invokes emotion.
