what is the most random and outlandish super hero/villain you can think of?

mine is the "Meter Man".
the ultimate urban ninja.
never seen and never leaves a trace, yet somehow the meters still get read!

This was one i read years ago on the back of a pc gamer magazine:

houses in Britain do get the gas and electric meter men visiting if the meter is indoors. sometimes the meter is in the garden/yard though... aren't i boring! lol

super villain for me, City Link delivery man, the ultimate retard. On the notes for one failed delivery he wrote that he didn't know how to use the intercom!! Unfortunately ebuyer use them and i love ebuyer. Gutting.

cannot think of any outlandish hero...

well, not a fan of comics nor superhero movies and stuffs here.

What i only know are those usual characters shown on televisions and famous movies shown on the big screens like batman, superman, and the likes... heh :D
