An opinion wanted....

I dont know indepth about branding but i do know the cost and implications of changing a company name.

Personally reputation comes with time and a stable name that people trust, changing it every now and then wont help with this matter!

Yes i know where your coming from BlooGrape, and to be honest i have pretty much decided to stick with what i already have. As you say reputations take time to build and Scandinaviandesigns already has a good reputation and i wouldnt want to jeopardise that, infact its one of the main reasons im sticking with the name, atleast for the time been.

There was no intention of been rude, and you hadnt offended me. It was more a case of assumptions made, im not scandinavian, although i have worked and lived there for many years. There is lots of reasons for the name which i have mentioned before, and therefore to use LMAO etc etc.... i just thought what is the point in me saying something over and over!

Im happy to take criticism along with the positives, if i hadnt i would be where i am today which is with my own company with good clients.

I can appreciate your comments about the .com and also your opinions on the names, and i am grateful for the comments.

I think other than that im not interested in getting into a long discussion about things as i have more important things to do and im interested in also what other users on the forum have to say about anythng design related.

I always thought the name 'Serendipity' for a company would be interesting don't know why it's just a great word and some of the meanings are pretty interesting if you read them with an open mind.

Serendipity is the effect by which one accidentally discovers something fortunate, especially while looking for something else entirely
