iPhone or iPod Touch?

Which do you guys think is better?

Personally, I prefer the iPhone but I think it is way too expensive... 18 month contract 35 quid a month

Soo I'm going to get an ipod touch. It basically has everything the iPhone does except for it obviously being a phone.

What do you guys think?

you can get away with not doing a contract.. set it up as a go phone. thats what i did. ATT wanted a 750 dollar deposit.. definitely not happening.

i wouldn't use the phone aspect much so why do i need it.

cleaning that screen after putting it to your face would get messy and extremely annoying really quick. i get frustrated with my current phone enough as it is on that issue.

the screens actually arent that bad as far as getting dirty. occasionally i rub it down with my monitor cleaner.

I have to say i quite fancy an iPod Touch, looks neat, however i'm not interested in the iPhone at all at the moment - once it gets to 3G it might be worth having one we'll see

i don't see the point in getting the iPhone when the iPod touch has all of the features minus the phone, I already have a phone and don't need a new one atm. I'm going to get an iPod touch in the xmas sales, hopefully they'll go down in price!
