Yes, I've seen all 3 seasons, looking forward for number 4. IMO number 2 was the best of those, the secrets are developing, while in 3 they come to an end. Of course..not to the final end, but still.
As I hope you know, Lost is going to end in 2010 :]

I have to admit that I did not enjoy season 3, the newest season is shaping up to be better but I don't know if I would consider it the best so far.
