Default Help Me please
I have been designed a nail for nail art so that i can use an (illustration) program to draw onto it now the problems is i don't know of any Free programs that i can download onto a home PC that offers varied colors and shapes, If anyone know of anything that would be of help to me please let me know cause i cant find a thing. Any thing may help me

i know the GIMP is good... but that's raster.
i don't know of open source vector programs...
