That's gorgeous. Excuse my ignorance, but I don't recognize the bottom bar--I assume it's Windows? It's a prettier Windows than I've seen. And I just adore that clock.

It is on Windows OS, but it's not the default explorer shell. It's a 3rd-party program called Litestep. You can download it here. (The most recent LOSI installer). The theme details are on the link for the screenshot. Please ask if you need any help installing it or using it! (It's a bit different than ordinary Windows)
