Police hunt groin nutter
In the Metro:
Police in Ontario are looking for a man who has been asking women in the street to kick him in the groin. Three women reported similar incidents to police over the past two months, and two of the women reported the suspect was on a bicycle. None of the women reported injuries. 'That kind of behaviour tends to be a precursor to sexual assault. That's what we're trying to determine,' said Sgt Cate Welsh, revealing the unexpected information that this crime is common enough to tend to do anything. My question is - how do you receive a kick in the groin whilst astride a bicycle?

More to the point why doesn't he just ride the bike downhill and slam on the brakes much more effective than a kick and I would assume not an offence.

No not me, can't think of anything worse to be honest...
 unless the guy has a really bad tooth ache and a kick in the knackers would definitely make you forget about your tooth???
