- "Oomoo" a red wine from Hardy's (Australia)
- "Esporão" Reserva red wines (Portugal)
- "Château Auzias Paret-Longue" from Cabardès region (France)
- White wines from Alsace especially the "Grands Crus".

I like taste wines from all over the world, tha's like a travel for me.

Yeah, i totally agree! Different wines, beers and food are really like travelling!

I had the pleasure of designing an award winning wine menu (the wines, not the artistic design) while I was in Oregon. They are producing phenomenal wines for the region in the US...
Getting to meet the craftsmen firsthand and barrell tasting the best they had to offer was a once in a lifetime treat for me...

But if you want to cut right to the chase... nothing beats a good Super Tuscan

• Tenuta dell' Ornellaia
• Tignanello

and there are a ton of great small vintners worldwide who are true artisans ...wine blenders - not grape growers... who are unbelievable
