You don't need any drivers, simply install Mandriva and use your computer.

There's no more searching the internet looking for that piece of software that you need. Using Mandriva's Software Management package you can install software from a list of categories in a click, see attachments.

The distribution includes Nepomuk a metadata framework which enables you to store information about your files which all of your applications can access, leading to a semantic desktop.

Mandriva 2009 Spring comes with KDE 4.2 an extremely powerful and flexible desktop interface.

Mandriva also comes with support for Compiz 3D desktop, you'll wonder how you ever lived before with only 1 desktop. You can easily switch between different desktop views, for example, development, business and personal use.
