I've always been interested in web and graphic design, and have dabbled in it lots (especially web) over the years. Am looking to try and get into the field professionally, mainly the web side of things as I'm a former software developer so am more technical. Am hoping to pick up some graphics and web design tips from people who do it professionally.

I've also noticed that this is a great resource for inspiration, ideas, and links to helpful tutorials.
