I spend more time in front of a computer than anyone i know (and i have done for about half my life i think) but my vision's still perfect. I think it's a myth.

the only vision impairment you can get from staring at a screen all the time is astigmatism, which isn't really that big of a deal.

The goggles do nothing!!!!

I wear thick rimmed black nerd glasses :P I love em! I only need them to see things that are far away, so I barely wear them :P
