lol.. it's OK. Basically on the Instant Messenger from Google (called GTalk) you can have an online meeting of sorts with whomever you want to invite. All the members can simultaneously message, share files, etc.

Google uses the client made by "Jabber" to power its GTalk. So if you have another client that connects to a "Jabber" enabled IM, you can sign on and communicate. iChat, Pidgen, Kopete, and Trillian are a few of the IM's that work with GTalk
