I've not noticed a problem. I did notice today that gmail has changed again. It now has a loading bar and some of the resizing code they put in a few days ago has changed again (possibly back to the way it was) and it's not so unresponsive anymore.

I run all my gmail in through a POP server on my machine... never actually used the web based side of it.
